Summary: Most of the Indian Traditions are based on truth. Mammoth animals the Giants lived along the banks of the Tombigbee River. The last two people of the "Giants" nation when saw each other immediately fought to the death. This is tradition of the Choctaw Indians.

Summary: Huge skeleton of a mammoth was found in March 1877, four miles east of the town of Greenville, Hunt County, Texas. Tradition of the Choctaws says that the race of Giants that once inhabited the now State of Tennessee and with whom their ancestors fought when they arrived in Mississippi. The race of Giants are called "Nahullo". In 1880, Mr. William Beverly, an old gentleman 84 years of age living near Plano, Collin County, Texas they found skeletons of the Giants. This is confirmed by Rev. Mr. Rudolph of McKinney, Texas and several others, all men of undoubted  veracity.

Summary: Nahoolo is a corruption of the Choctaw word Nahullo and is now applied to the entire White Race, but anciently it referred to a giant race with whom they came in contact when they first crossed the Mississippi river. The true definition of Nahullo is superhuman or supernatural being. The Nahullo were of white complexion. They were cannibals, who killed and ate the Indians whenever they could capture them. The Indians would kill them whenever the opportunity arised.

Summary: The Mound Builders were according to the Choctaw traditions, a hunting people. The Mound Builders are believed to be of a much fairer complexion and were also an agricultural people. Disease and war caused their extinction. Detached offshoots of the mound builders lost their fair complexion when they mixed with other tribes while keeping their tribal organization. They are called the Mandan Indians (now extinct). They are the offspring of the mound building nation.
